As a part of MassDIGI’s Summer Innovation Program (or SIP), I was offered the chance to work on a game with five other talented individuals from four different schools. The game that we were assigned to design and create was the tablet game Colosseum Coach, which is effectively a beginner’s RPG with an emphasis on roster assembly and retention. Primarily, I was an artist who contributed to UI design, animation, and spriting. I was also responsible for creating our trailer and curating social media accounts. The game is currently available as a free download for both iPhone and Android.
Side to Side
Side to Side was a game project for Experimental Game Design in my senior year of college. This game is a 2D psychological horror RPG about a split personality serial murderer as he seeks to discover what he did to end himself up in a mental hospital. As the only artist on a team of four, I was responsible for asset creation, visual development, and promotional art design. I also made the trailer.
The style for the game was inspired very much by The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth and OFF.
